These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the ONURA online store.
By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
ONURA offers Korean-inspired fashion and lifestyle capsule products, including limited-edition boxes, garments, accessories and beauty-related items.
Each product page presents the essential characteristics of the product, including description, price, available variants, size information, delivery information and any relevant notices.
Product availability is limited. Quantities may vary by size, city edition or product variant. Once sold out, restock is not guaranteed.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the ONURA store include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are displayed in euros or in the currency available for the customer’s market. Delivery costs, when applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
ONURA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired product, variant, size, quantity and delivery method, then complete payment at checkout.
The customer is responsible for checking all order details before confirming payment, including product variant, size, delivery address and contact details.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
ONURA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect information, stock error or any other legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or through the payment methods made available at checkout.
ONURA does not store full payment card details. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping
All products will be shipped from France after June 15.
Free delivery is available in France. European delivery is available at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.
A tracking email will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, customs procedures or exceptional circumstances.
7. Returns
Returns can be requested within the applicable legal period and under the applicable conditions.
Products must be returned unused, complete, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
For cosmetic products, returns may only be accepted if the product remains unused, unopened and in its original packaging, in accordance with applicable hygiene and safety rules.
The customer must contact ONURA before returning any product.
Return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or in case of defective or incorrect product.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact ONURA as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
ONURA will review the request and may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
9. Product notices
Cosmetic products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of irritation, discontinue use. Customers should check the product packaging for the complete ingredient list and instructions before use.
Garments and accessories should be used and cared for according to the product information provided.
10. Intellectual property
All content available on the ONURA website, including texts, visuals, images, logos, product names, design elements and layout, is protected by intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The products sold on this website are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with any artist, label, tour, entertainment company or official event organizer.
